- Goods may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
Goods can be returned to us, and in saleable condition, for a refund for the following reasons:- If product is faulty or damaged.
- If the wrong item has been dispatched.
- If you have ordered the wrong colour or size. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Keepsake Corsage Company will be taken from the refund value.

When inside your account, click on the 'My Orders' button on the menu to the left of the page. From your 'My Orders' page you'll be able to check the status of your orders
